This week developer Psyonix updated their very popular Rocket Leauge, and the result is a shift in what rank the average player is at. On their official website, Psyonix explains that the reason for this is to find a better balance. Before the update you basically had to win more matches than at release in order to rank up, and that's because the skill threshold used to be higher. The result will be more players in the top tiers, as well as a higher tier for the average player.

If you used to be a steady Challenger I player, you most likely played as Challenger II or III this week. Sad to say, it might not be because you suddenly got any better.
In other news there is a content update dropping next week, and as you've probably guessed already it celebrates Halloween. These free items are sure to make your car very scary for a limited time, and as a bonus to the bonus Psyonix is also making the Halloween content from last year available.
