Square Enix and Crystal Dynamics have announced that Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration, the long-awaited edition of the game for PlayStation 4 (which comes almost a year after its debut on Xbox One), has gone gold. This means that development of the game is now done and dusted, and it's ready to be pressed onto discs and sent out to retailers.
Compared to the Xbox One and Windows 10 PC editions, Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration includes several pieces of additional content, including a bonus episode called Blood Ties (also playable with PlayStation VR), and extra modes like Lara's Nightmare and Endurance Co-op (plus lots of skins and weapons).
Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration will be available on PlayStation 4 on November 11, and the additional content will come later to Xbox One and Windows 10.
