EA/Origin Access members usually get the first crack at game releases from the publisher, and Battlefield 1 is no exception.

DICE has just outlined the content being made available to subscribers on October 13, eight days before the official release. Subscribers will get to play around with five maps and four modes, including Amiens, Fao Fortress, Sinai Desert, St. Quentin Scar, and Suez in the Conquest, Domination, Operations, and Rush modes. Progress made during these days carries over to the full game if you choose to buy it.

You'll also get a taste of the single-player campaign, with the "Storm of Steel" and "Through Mud and Blood" missions.

EA Access and Origin Access members will also unlock some extra content by playing between October 13 and October 20. You'll earn an exclusive Trench Raider Dog Tag just for launching the game with the Play First Trial, and get a Battlepack if you play all ten hours you get in the trial before October 20.

A fairly good deal for those of you who subscribe to the service. Not only are you getting the first look at the Operations mode and the Amiens, Fao Fortress, and Suez maps, but also play parts of the single-player campaign. Will you try the Play First Trial, or wait for October 21st (or the 18th for those who purchase the Early Enlister Deluxe Edition)?
