It seems Cheyenne Mountain Entertainment is going through a rough patch as is many other developers. With the official counter at 25 days since the employees were last paid their wages Cheyenne are looking for new investors as the current financial climate have complicated things for them. The developer maintains that the game is still under development, but obviously it won't be for much longer if the employees aren't paid.
