It turns out that soon we will be seeing multiplayer games from Remedy (Alan Wake, Quantum Break). The Finnish developer is best known for making exciting single-player experiences, and in a recent blog post they revealed that the studio is looking to expand those stories to include cooperation between multiple players.
"We're dreaming up new things, so this felt like the perfect time to share some thoughts on a key component we've been planning and even prototyping at Remedy for years, but never committed to - until now."
Arcording to the blog, the studio is also looking for a Lead Network Programmer, who would be a part of developing and shaping the multiplayer technology at the Remedy.
At the moment Remedy is working on story content for the Korean action game Crossfire 2, but they also have another still unannounced project in development that may now have a multiplayer element as well.
