Pro Evolution Soccer 2017's official website has revealed all of the team names in the game, whether they be licensed or not.

To start with the 'English League', Manchester United are no longer licensed in the game and so it has now been changed into Man Red again. Chelsea is London FC, Hull is Yorkshire Orange and the two teams with licenses are Liverpool FC and Arsenal.

While the Italian and French leagues (the latter of which is licensed) have far more licensed teams, the Spanish league has only two licensed teams as well (Atletico Madrid and Barcelona). Eredevisie (also licensed) have all their teams presented properly, and there are a handful of licensed teams in 'Other European Teams' too.

It's worth noting that community-made changes can be added to the game to make it authentic and everything in the game can be changed manually, so if you're a sucker for authenticity you can always change things.
