Microsoft has recently announced the bonuses that players will receive for pre-ordering Dead Rising 4 and it seems they have chosen to give retailer-specific rewards, forcing fans to make a choice on which one they want.
There have been four different bonuses revealed today on Xbox Wire along with the respective retailers you can acquire them from. The Xbox Store offers X-Fists, giant green fist weapons usable in the game's new exo suit. GameStop has the Steampunk Snowman Head, a combo weapon that freezes enemies by firing snowballs. Best Buy has the Candy Cane Crossbow, obviously a crossbow that fires candy canes. While Amazon provides the Slicecycle, a dirt bike with a chainsaw sticking out on either side of it.
No matter which pre-order bonus you pick it will accessible for free in-game from an Emergency Shelter vendor in Story mode or a Vending Machine in multiplayer. Capcom have not yet detailed if you will be able to unlock these weapons in-game or buy them at a later date, but this is often the case with most pre-order bonuses.
Microsoft also announced that information will be released soon in regards to Dead Rising 4's season pass, with the game set to release on December 6 for Xbox One and Windows 10 PC.
