When it comes to making music, there's something special about songs made on hand-held devices. Today, Softegg releases Rhythm Core Alpha for DSiware in the US - "an advanced music creation system designed for creating and performing live music in-front of an audience" (as the press release calls it). In the "game" you have a drum track, a note track and a solo track and can go completely nuts when creating your own live sets.

The software costs 500 DSipoints and should be available right about now. Take a look at the very black and white screenshots below to find out what you can expect.
