The word on the street is that Sony is set to announce the launch of PS Now on PC later this month. If true this would mean that PC owners running Windows 7 or higher will potentially be able to play a bunch of classic PS3 titles such as The Last of Us, Journey and Heavy Rain, as long as (the rumours are correct and) they have a 5mb net connection and an appropriately DualShocky controller.
This is according to French site GameKult (and then via PCGamesN), who have a source that reckons Sony will make the announcement on August 23, with the service rolling out first in the UK, Belgium, and the Netherlands, before following in North America the week after (although we're not exactly sure when this will all take place).
With just a couple of weeks to go before the projected announcement (and release?) date, we don't have long to wait before we find out whether this rumour carries weight or not. If it does, which PS3 games would you like to see playing on your PC desktop?
