IGN have confirmed that High Voltage Software, developers of The Conduit 2 and The Grinder, have laid off 25 people.
"I can confirm that High Voltage Software has reduced some of our staffing based on our current production requirements and predictions of what is needed for the remainder of 2010," a studio representative told IGN.
"We are sad to have to say goodbye to these employees and friends, but these changes are necessary to bring our organization to a healthy operational size."
According to the report on IGN, High Voltage Software are working on several projects on top of the announced ones (The Conduit 2 and The Grinder), but it remains unknown if any projects have been cancelled altogether.
