As reported by the analysis firm AppAnnie Niantic Labs are making $10 million on Pokémon Go every day across App Store and Google Play, and fresh numbers from app optimisation and marketing blog Sensor Tower show that the in-app purchases have amounted to over $160 million. That's under less than a month on the market.

On the picture below you can see an increase in daily spendings around July 22, about the same time as the game was officially launched in the European territories. Niantic and The Pokémon Company har currently launched Pokémon Go in 32 territories, but they are aiming for 100 as soon as they stabilise their servers.

Controversies surrounding the removed tracking doesn't appear to have hurt the Pokémon craze significantly, at least not yet.
