Telltale's latest foray into the dark world of Gotham's greatest hero, Batman, has been hit by numerous negative user reviews on Steam. Episode one of the narrative driven adventure is reported to be heavily underperforming on PC, with many users citing issues such as in-game lag, resolution problems, low frame rates and game freezes, as well as many more issues.
A lot of the reviews seem to mention the fact that their PC's way exceed the system requirements for the game, but still struggle to run it, suggesting PC specs are not the issue.
Disgruntled Steam user Marina left a comment saying "I've never experienced this type of lag before. The game is simply unplayable."
The game's description on Steam has since added a message to people experiencing problems, but judging by the reviews users still seem to be having problems.
'If you are experiencing performance issues, you may need to update the graphics card drivers to the latest available. If you are using a laptop, please use your dedicated graphics and not intel integrated graphics.'
