Come September 5 (that's a Monday in case you were wondering), British TV channel Dave will premiere a new show hosted by comedian Dara O'Briain, and it's called Go 8 Bit.
The news emerged on Twitter yesterday, when the following message was shared: "A brand new show on the highest difficulty setting: @daraobriain's #Go8Bit starts Monday 5th September on Dave."
As the name suggests the TV show will focus on video games and the gaming industry, and it'll have two teams compete against each other. The teams will feature Steve McNeil and Sam Pamphilon as captains, and there'll be celebrity guests involved too.
Additionally, Ellie Gibson, a veteran in games media, will have a role to play in the TV adaptation of what started out as a Edinburgh live show.
