Street Fighter V's Juri was meant to arrive today for all SFV players, however, due to a "submission error" this is not the case.
As revealed in a post on Capcom's official Facebook page in some European territories, as well as the Middle East and Australia, Juri can only be obtained using in-game Fight Money. This will not change until August 1 when users will then be able to purchase Juri using real money, along with her costumes.
Season pass owners and Steam players are not affected by this, nor are PS4 players in North America. Capcom apologised for the inconvenience.
