New screens from The Walking Dead: Season Three
Telltale Games has shown three fresh screenshots and an official teaser poster from The Walking Dead: Season Three, which will premiere this fall. The poster is an homage to the original poster for The Walking Dead. This time however, Clem is not being protected, instead standing shoulder to shoulder with mysterious newcomer named Javier. The screens show Javier and Clementine making their way through a walker-infested slaughterhouse. We will be playing as both characters as the game is released.
Another unique aspect of this third season is that while it continues the story of the previous two seasons, it also serves as a new entry point for fans who've yet to play any of the previous seasons, at least that's what Telltale are claiming (we would suggest you play the first two seasons for full context). Players starting with this third season will be introduced to young survivor AJ, the son of Rebecca from Season Two.
