Nintendo has just announced the Nintendo Classic Mini: Nintendo Entertainment System, and it's set to launch in stores on November 11.

The system is set to cost $59.99 (although there's no prices in euros or GBP announced just yet). It will plug directly into a HDTV using the included HDMI cable, and ships with 30 NES games built-in, including classics like Super Mario Bros., The Legend of Zelda, Metroid, Donkey Kong, Pac-Man and Kirby's Adventure.

The system comes packaged with a USB cable for powering the system, and a Nintendo Classic Mini: NES Controller which can also be used to play Virtual Console NES games on a Wii U or Wii. Games on the console now have save points as well, allowing players to start where they left off at a later time, no passwords needed.

The Mini: NES is powered via the included USB cable, but while some USB-compatible devices (such as modern TVs or PCs) may be capable of supplying power to the console, Nintendo recommends using an AC adapter for the USB cable (which is not included in the box). Games included are:

Balloon Fight
