It was a bit of a shock when Square Enix announced Dungeon Siege 3, not only had the new publisher switched developers, turning to Obsidian Entertainment to create the new game, but the series was also coming to home consoles for the first time. Original creator Chris Taylor has an advisory role on the project and the game did manage to impress us at E3. It's the first game to come out of Obsidian using their own in-house technology, and it looked a lot sleeker than recently released Alpha Protocol.

This screen was entitled Skeleton King. There is going to be a lot of skeletons to fight in this one.
