Over on Reddit it seems someone going by the nick Lobix has posted what looks like a fairly credible list of contents for Battlefield 1. Given that the alpha was recently opened up, it would seem the alpha has been mined for information.
It confirms there are six episodes of the singleplayer campaign, each divided into chapters (up to four). There is a long list of weapons, ranging from three different Winchesters, to Mauser, Luger, Browning and Beretta. Melee weapons include not just the shovel and hatchet, but things like a mace, club and less exotic choices like a saber and knife.
The ten multiplayer maps are named as follows:

MP_Argonne
MP_ItalianCoast

MP_Scar
MP_Suez
A total of 8 game modes are also listed including staples like Rush, Conquest, Domination, and Team Deathmatch, but also Air Superiority and Behemoth.
The leak also lists various Battlepacks and Camos. If you're interested in reading up on this, hit the link above, but this may certainly be things you'll want to discover for yourself when the game arrives in October. As always with these kind of things, take it with a grain of salt, it may look legit, but we really don't know. And even if it is legit, things could change until release.
