Retro Computers Ltd seems to be suffering from some severe internal strife. According to a press release two key persons involved in the leadership of the company, Chris Smith and Paul Andrews, have departed.

Their resignation is due to "irreconcilable differences between them and the remaining director, David Levy". Smith and Andrews retain shareholdings in the company, but are no longer involved with the management or business.

Retro Computers is currently developing The Sinclair ZX Spectrum Vega Plus Console, which received £406,255 from IndiGoGo crowdfunding this March. According to the press release, the plans for the console and the company were already in place before the falling out, and "Chris and Paul sincerely hope that that project will (without their further input) be successful."
