The countdown that ended this weekend was counting down towards the announcement and release of The World Ends With You: Solo Remix, a re-release of the Nintendo DS game for iOS platforms.
No sequel for now in other words, but if you're interested in playing The World Ends With You on iPhone 4 (and above) it's available for £12.99, while the iPad version (iPad 2 and above) costs £13.99.
