Final Fantasy XV pre-order bonus is a spin-off beat 'em up

A King's Tale: Final Fantasy XV is landing on September 30.

Square Enix https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fslh25FbVl4">announced during their E3 livestream</a> that Final Fantasy XV will be getting an arcade beat 'em up spin-off by the name of A King's Tale: Final Fantasy XV.

The publisher has said that the title will be released on Xbox One and PS4 on September 30 to coincide with the main game, although it's set to be retailer-exclusive, with GameStop and EB Games set to bundle it with the base game in the US and Canada. UK availability is yet to be announced. It will, however, be a free pre-order bonus.

A King's Tale is set 30 years before Final Fantasy XV and follows a young King Regis. It will be presented as a fairy tale told to a young Noctis.
