Twelve new pirate-filled Sea of Thieves screenshots

Rare's nautical co-op adventure looks lovely.

One of the games that was shown and also got the most air time during Microsoft's E3 press conference was Sea of Thieves. It's Rare's biggest adventure yet, and we can look forward to a fully fledged pirate simulator with sea battles, mermaids, looking for treasure, and all of the things that pirates do.

The graphics reminds us of Disney Infinity, and it looks really charming. The co-op element certainly has us intrigued and it looks like it might be a great cooperative experience. Here are twelve new screenshots of things to come, and you can check out some gameplay if you want to see it in action.
