A new deluxe edition of Fallout 4's Pip-Boy has been listed by < a href="http://www.thinkgeek.com/product/iuso/?cpg=93104632&msg_id=93104632&et_rid=508038803&linkid=93104632_feature1_iuso#tabs&cpg=cj&CJURL=&AID=10746449&PID=7105480&SID=skim33330X911644Xd3be5e59c962d6831dfbe7724e614a40&CJID=2617611&cpg=cj&CJURL=&cpg=cj&CJURL=&cpg=cj&ref=&CJURL=">online retailers</a> and showcases various new features.

Last year's special edition of Fallout 4 did contain a Pip-Boy replica that was compatible with mobile phones, however, this new model is hailed as "not a phone case for your arm", claiming to be more advanced and closer to a working replica than ever before.

"With an integrated screen and its own on-board software and hardware, this Pip-Boy pairs with your Bluetooth phone or tablet to give you access to your phone's ability to take and place calls, as well as its contacts, SMS messages, and audio files. Even when not paired, the Pip-Boy: Deluxe Bluetooth EditionĀ® can still be used as an alarm clock or a cosplay prop, displaying the Status, Special, and Perks screens from the game."

All of these features, then, including the fact that the knobs and dials are fully functioning, distinguish it from the special edition released with Fallout 4 last year.

The model weighs two pounds and has a "comfortable, custom fit" without any "nasty biometric seals". Not only this, but it comes with a "genuine RobCo Industries stand that doubles as a charging base and more powerful speaker option", so even when not on the arm it can still be useful. Even the compartment on the top has a holotape that is a USB drive and the whole thing is shipped in a Capsule-Case-inspired tin designated for Vault 111 deployment. It'll set you back $350 or regional equivalent.
