Three weeks ago CD Projekt Red teased that they might show something new during the E3 expo. Then, a few days ago, they registered a trademark for "Gwent: The Witcher Card Game". As they've said that it would be fun to make a standalone Gwent game, we felt fairly certain that it was happening. Now were even more certain.
In preparation for the giant expo some of the biggest publishers like to hang gigantic banners across Los Angeles. Game Informer's Brian Shea found these while taking a walk.
If this was for the Witcher 3's last expansion, Blood and Wine, we'd expect to see the picture of Geralt sitting on his chair with a vampire looking at him. And those characters looks kind of cartoony, right? Get ready to really test your Gwent skills!
