Fallout Cascadia is a mod currently in-development that's aiming to out-quest even Bethesda's own efforts, with the Seattle-based campaign set to have more quests than even the recently released expansion, Far Harbor (stay tuned, our review is set to drop later today).
You can find out more about the mod over on the Fallout Cascadia page, which details the team of independent devs (there's 18 of them all told) that are working on a campaign that doesn't quite equal Fallout 3 in terms of size, but that should have more quests and locations than Far Harbor. Apparently it'll be set several decades after Fallout 4.
There's no word on when the mod will land (they joke that they push it back a week every time someone asks), and they're planning on releasing on Bethesda.net for PC, PS4 and Xbox One, although they acknowledge that there's no surefire way of knowing whether it'll work on consoles.
