We just got an Angry Birds movie, and Tetris is on the way. What's next? Oh yeah, Fruit Ninja!
The Hollywood Reporter just announced that Tripp Vinson has started working on a live-action movie adaptation of the second highest selling iOS game of all time (as Candy Crush Saga is number one we're guessing that movie should be announced any minute now).
Apparently J.P. Lavin and Chad Damiani (How to Survive a Garden Gnome Attack and Anchorwoman) will be the script writers. It'll be interesting to see the result, as they've set out to create a live-action family comedy where we follow ninjas with an inexplicable vendetta against different fruits.
