There has been a lot of speculation and rumour suggesting Crash Bandicoot is in fact getting a reboot - presumably for the PlayStation 4. There is, however, a catch, and that's the fact that Sony doesn't own the rights to the game.
This was just reconfirmed by Adam Boyes on Twitter, who says: "as I've said before Activision owns the rights to Crash Bandicoot."
This doesn't mean it won't come, but it would make it a lot more expensive to make it an exclusive for Sony, which could mean it turns out to be a multi-platform title, if it ever does get made.
