Several rumours have circulated in recent months regarding the fact that Naughty Dog could be back working on Crash Bandicoot (especially now that Uncharted 4: A Thief's End is about to be released - have you read our review?), and some new evidence has emerged online in the last few hours that is rather intriguing.

As reported by a NeoGAF user, Lex Lang (Neo Cortex's voice actor in the famous series) claimed that he was back to "resurrect three different characters" in the recording studio, characters he had previously voiced.

Lang didn't offer much detail, but he said that the three characters in question are "a devil, a doctor and a droid/AI". As far as we know, Neo Cortex is the only doctor that Lex has voiced in the past. Might this be the right time for a return for Crash Bandicoot?

It should, however, be noted that at the moment it's just speculation and there isn't official confirmation of any kind from Naughty Dog. Here's hoping that the studio will surprise us at E3 with a special announcement...
