A PDF taken from the Gamescom website has fuelled massive speculation that Valve might be about to show the world Half-Life 3 at this year's event.
As you can see from the picture below, there are no details yet, so we'll just have to wait and see as to whether this is actually going to happen, but if it does, there are bound to be some seriously happy gamers out there.
EA will likely be handling distribution on Valve's behalf (as they did with previous instalments), and with their conference coming up soon, there'll be plenty of people glued to their monitors in the next few hours, hoping and praying that we can catch a glimpse of Half-Life 3.
Having said all that, there's every chance that this is nothing but a false alarm and that an official denial is imminent. We'll just have to wait and see.
