CD Projekt RED wants to make it big in the near future, and it seems they have a rather ambitious model as to what they want to look like, with their goal to be more like GTA-creators Rockstar.

In a recent interview with Gamesindustry.biz, CD Projekt RED's CEO, Marcin Iwiński, had the opportunity to talk about the great success of The Withcer 3: Wild Hunt, and how internal attitudes changed towards the production of the game as they proceeded with its development.

Speaking with regards to how the studio tried to maintain a high level of quality, Iwiński admitted that the key is to concentrate their biggest teams on fewer projects.

"The Witcher finished with 80 people, The Witcher 3 finished with 250, so Cyberpunk will probably be even more. Don't think about scale in terms of us doing 20 projects; no, we'll focus, we'll focus on certain things... We don't want to be a 10 project studio. The Rockstar model is nice."

And fresh from the success of The Witcher 3 - which confirmed the great quality of the polish studio - CDPR promises the same attention and care will also be paid to its next project, Cyberpunk 2077.

Regarding The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, the next and final expansion, Blood and Wine, doesn't have a launch date yet, although the studio has promised to reveal it next month.
