We already knew that we'd get an expansion called Bespin this summer, and now we finally know more about what it'll include.
According to Craig McLeod's post on the EA blog Season Pass, holders will be able to download the second digital expansion, Bespin, in June.
We doubt that you'll be surprised to learn that one of the heroes included in the package is Lando Calrissian. The second one is the bounty hunter Dengar. We're also getting four new maps for all of the most popular modes.
"You'll see AT-ATs in Cloud City, take to the skies in Fighter Squadron, and even spend time in a carbonite chamber". We wonder if Han will see a frozen version of himself, or if we'll see Luke hanging from an antenna during the dog fights.
Of course they're also adding new blasters, Star Cards and a game mode.
As if that wasn't enough McLeod also details their plans for the future. First of all, we'll get two new heroes in each of the next expansions, Death Star and the yet-to-be-revealed (Rogue One, anyone?) fourth expansion coming in 2017.
They won't stop giving us free updates either. In the next few months we can look forward to things like:
• New In-Game Events - more double score weekends, community missions and Special Login Events are coming for players to earn more experience, credits and items.
• New Hutt Contracts - Unlock powerful Star Cards like the Berserker Trait, Bacta Bomb and Ion Neutralizer.
• More New Content - They also have a couple of surprises in store that they claim fans have been looking for, especially those who have been clamouring for ways to have more options to enjoy the game offline. More to come soon.
• Specific for May the 4th - In celebration of Star Wars Day they have cool activities planned that they'll announce soon.
