Yesterday Ubisoft released a massive update (1.1) for The Division (you can check out all the details here), but apparently this update has created some problems for players. Among the most serious issues; some players have reported their character has disappeared or they can't access them after installing the patch.
Ubisoft has already said that it is aware of the problem and that they're already working to solve it, which apparently mainly affects Xbox One players. In addition to this, the developers have also released a Hotfix that reduces the rewards dropped from the boss of the daily challenges, but this still doesn't fox the problem of the missing characters reported by players.
