For some reason, a countdown has been added to the official site of the upcoming Gears of War 4. Thanks to datamining, a Neogaf user has found out that when it reaches zero, the phrase "The nightmare reborn" is shown. There's also two weird videos (first and second) showing a seemingly crashed plane in a horrible thunderstorm.
We really don't know what it is, but hopefully we're getting something useful when it reaches zero. These things often end up with underwhelmatons, and a reasonable guess is some king of information drop and/or a trailer for the upcoming multiplayer beta that starts on April 18th.
