Nintendo's upcoming console, currently under the working title Project NX, has been in the news recently after a picture surfaced of a controller that could conceivably be the one that ships with the console when it launches (whenever that may be). Now another leak has given us a better look at the same piece of kit.
The device pictured below is reportedly a prototype version of the controller for Nintendo's next home console. It has a headphone jack, analog sticks and shoulder buttons, and with the LCD screen it would have looked like a smartphone were it not for its oval shape. In one of the new images we can see it next to a Wii U GamePad, which gives us a sense of scale. The design also closely resembles images first seen in a patent application, which you can also see below.
