Chinese developer and publisher of online and mobile games Youzu Interactive has today confirmed the purchase of German company Bigpoint, with the deal going through for €80 million. Youzu has aquired 100 per cent of the German company, which is based in Hamburg. The transaction became public knowledge via the annual stockholder's meeting which took place today.
