Madden NFL 13 to hit Wii U

EA has revealed that Madden NFL 13 on the Wii U will deliver "the most authentic NFL experience ever on a Nintendo platform."

The Madden franchise is receiving several new gameplay tweaks this iteration, so expect HD graphics, a deep and complex managerial mode, as well as several new Wii U specific features.

The new Connected Careers mode lets gamers build a legacy as a player or coach, or take to the past as an "all-time legend" and rewrite history.

Exclusive Wii U features will include "streamlined playcalling, pre-snap adjustments and personnel management" all via the touchscreen on the Wii U Gamepad. 

A CBS commentary team consisting of Jim Nantz and Phil Simms should only add to the authenticity of the experience.
