Uncharted 4 delayed again

We hope you'll enjoy this week's beta, because you'll have to wait a bit longer for the full game.

When Amy Hennig left Naughty Dog, Neil Druckmann and Bruce Straley wrote an entirely new story for Uncharted 4: A Thief's End. This was one of the reasons why it didn't come as a complete shock when we got news of the delay last December. Unfortunately it seems they were in a rush for the holidays and miscalculated a little bit.

Because now they've delayed it further. It won't come out on April 27, but will now launch on May 10. Not the biggest delay in the world, but still might disappoint some of you.

Luckily it's not problems in the development, Naughty Dog is still on track. The reason for the delay is manufacturing. They need the extra time to manufacture enough copies to fill the high demand. So it wasn't to replace the concept art from Assassin's Creed.

We're betting Dark Souls III and Ratchet & Clank breath a sigh of relief, while Battleborn, Doom, Homefront: The Revolution and Mirror's Edge Catalyst curse their new competitor.
