EA have announced that they have reached an agreement with CHL to feature their teams and leagues (OHL, QMJHL, WHL) - it is considered be the best organisation for developing talents into full blown professionals and features players ages 16-20. The long seasons and competitive nature of the leagues, paired with the prestigious Memorial Cup (each league champion and the host team) is the perfect testing ground for future NHL players.

The inclusion of CHL will make for a much more realistic and interesting franchise mode if implemented fully when it comes to drafting. Let's hope EA gets it right...
