Sir Clive Sinclair and his company Retro Computers Ltd. have unveiled a campaign for their new mini-console ZX Spectrum Vega+, which will surely make retro-gamers out there very happy indeed.

The console features an LCD screen (although it can be connected to your TV) and more than 1,000 games, at a price of £100 (about €130). They are currently running a campaign over on IndieGogo and it seems to be going very well. The company has offered the following details:

"It has a colour LCD so the user can play it anywhere. Additionally, it can be connected to a TV so the user does not need a computer monitor, and it comes complete with 1,000 licensed games built-in.

The user will also be able to download additional games free of charge from the thousands that are available on the web, so there is no need for users to pay any more than the cost of the basic product".

The device is equipped with a D-pad, four circular and three minor buttons, while at the top there is a microSD card slot, the buttons to adjust the volume, and a headphone input that'll let you connect the device to your TV.

ZX Spectrum Vega+ will be available in three different colors (white, blue or red), but there will also be a black limited edition that will cost £175.
