As we've previously reported, the king of YouTube or perhaps president as his reign is a result of a popular vote, PewDiePie, will have is own original programming as a part of the new Youtube Red concept. The show is called Scare PewDiePie and has the Swedish host trying out situations from horror video games in real life to see how frightening they actually are.
PewDiePie himself is supposedly unaware of what's going to happen to him to get authentic reactions. He describes it as "part prank show, part suspense adventure". The first episode of Scare PewDiePie launched on February 10th and the first trailer is now available. It sounds a lot like Scare Tactics, only there's just one victim and he knows he's on a set. Could still be amusing, of course, but that remains to be seen.
