There is a new hardcore co-op FPS from Payday creator Ulf Andersson's new studio 10 Chambers Collective inbound and more details surfaced todayas the studio issued a press release. Andersson departed from Overkill Studios and Starbreeze last year.

"Over the years we created the best games and had the most fun with a small team. 10 Chambers is an attempt at keeping it small, and still deliver high quality games," says Ulf Andersson, Founder of 10 Chambers Collective, via press release. "It might sound like development suicide but we have a brilliant team with a bunch of veterans, so we are confident and hungry for the challenge."

"The best and most memorable moments in life are often ones that you share with others - and we believe the same goes for gaming" says Ulf Andersson. "In our new game, cooperation will be essential as you progress through the game, the further in you get the more you have to work together."

"Each session will be dynamic and give players the opportunity to decide how to tackle obstacles - whether by force, stealth or any other creative way - in order to survive whatever horrors they encounter" Ulf Andersson continues.

On their Facebook page 10 Chambers Collective have been posting a ton of pictures on tunnels and tunnel openings, suggesting that the game may be set underground, quite possibly with players exploring tunnel systems. There are no further details at this point as far as time frame or platforms go, but 10 Chambers aims to self-publish so it is reasonable to assume PC will be their lead platform.
