A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away, the Xbox 360 console was going to get a third main instalment in the Star Wars Battlefront series. That game never saw the light of the day, but now a playable build has been leaked on the internet.
As shared on Reddit, this executable is actually full of content and weighs in at almost 6GB. The file only works if you happen to have a debug unit or modified console, but some early gameplay can be watched online and the project already has a functional character editor.
Star Wars Battlefront 3 was in development for two years over at Free Radical Design (of TimeSplitters fame) before it was canned in 2008 due to licensing rights ownership and LucasArts' plans.
