Nintendo has released the first system update of 2016 for Nintendo Wii U. The update - 5.5.1 U - is actually small and it only introduces some improvements in terms of stability and usability. As reported by Nintendo this update improves the stability of the operating system and brings other small changes to enhance the user experience.

The interest in Wii U seems to be slowly winding down, partly because much of our attention is currently directed to NX, Nintendo's new console that should be presented later this year, or - according to some rumours - in the summer.

Thanks, NintendoEverything.
