US retailer Target may well have inadvertently let slip the planned release date for Homefront: The Revolution. Pre-ordering the game bags you a reservation card, which as you can see from the picture attached below, suggests a May 17 release date.
The game, which is apparently getting a multiplayer beta first on Xbox One sometime in early 2016, is being published by Deep Silver who grabbed the IP from Crytek last year.
The site that broke the story, GameWatcher, reached out to the publisher for comment, but they declined the opportunity to clarify the situation.
