With Comic-Con concluding over the weekend we got a few final news pieces out of the convention as part of today's news harvest.
And as far as Comic-Con goes nothing grabbed as much attention as the rumoured behind closed doors showing of Metal Gear Solid 5. Then there was the announcement of Jak and Cole in Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale, and the confirmation of the Halo 4 console bundle.
Lego Batman 2: DC Heroes saw off the competition in the UK charts for a fourth week with few new releases seeing the light of day. A game sure to feature near the top of the charts next March is Gears of War: Judgment that is now confirmed for release on March 19.
On the GRTV front there was also plenty to be excited about, namely an interview with the developers of Blink Monk - an iOS game that relies solely on sound to entertain the player, Gillen had a chat with a Disney rep about Brave: The Video Game, while Rasmus unboxed Nintendo 3DS XL, and we were given a look at Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2's first level. To top the day off, Gillen and Lucy sat down for a preview of Tekken Tag Tournament 2.
And there's that juicy rumour that Apple are preparing a keynote to unveil iPhone 5 on August 7. Enjoy your evening!
