While Microsoft presumably paid a pretty penny to have Rise of the Tomb Raider appear exclusively on Xbox platforms this holiday season, we soon learned that the game would hit PC in early 2016 and that the PS4 release presumably set one year after the game hit Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
For a brief while French Amazon listed the PC version for release on January 29. This was later changed to "soon". Given that Microsoft probably doesn't mind Square-Enix releasing the PC version (as long as it's not out this holiday season) it could very well be true.
