Sony has hit yet another huge milestone and has now sold 30.2 million Playstation 4 consoles, this as of November 22. This impressive achievement was announced in a press release by the company today. The numbers are based on internal sales estimates.
Sony says the PS4 "continues to demonstrate the fastest and strongest growth in Playstation hardware history," which given the history of the brand, is also impressive.
Back in March the Japanese company announced that PlayStation 4 sales had surpassed 20.2 million units, which means that the console's popularity has been fairly consistent since its launch in 2013. The PS4 is currently available in 124 countries and regions worldwide.
