Fallout 4 registered the third best opening week sales at UK retail this year, trailing only FIFA 16 and Call of Duty: Black Ops 3. It also began the best selling game in the series thus far in the UK, resoundly beating Fallout: New Vegas first week sales by 213%. The Xbox exclusive Rise of the Tomb Raider managed fourth place in the all formats chart (85% of sales were on Xbox One). Sports Interactive's Football Manager 2016 claimed seventh on its singular platform and one can only suspect those retail sales dwarf digital sales.
FIFA 16 sales benefitted from strong sales of the FIFA 16 Xbox One bundle.
