If you search for Minecraft on the European PEGI ratings site you'll run into something called Minecraft: Wii U Edition with a November 12 release date.
The fact that Minecraft, perhaps the biggest indie success story this industry has ever seen, is hitting yet another platform is no massive surprise and the timing suggests that the game will be part of tonight's Nintendo Direct presentation, and it would seem it will launch today as well.
