Last year EA Canada had their first go at the UFC license after picking up the pieces from THQ's downfall. EA Sports UFC was a mediocre game, but hopefully they will do better the next time around. On the official Facebook page EA posted a picture announcing EA Sports UFC 2 last night, as well as promising more information today.
There's no coincidence that the game is being announced this week as the UFC are hosting what is being billed as their biggest event ever - UFC 193 at the 70,000 seater Etihad Stadium in Melbourne. Headlining the card is superstar Ronda Rousey who faces the former boxing champ Holly Holm in the main event.
We'll keep you updated with more intel as it drops.
